Fee questions
No. There is no subscription, no account fee and no minimum volume. You pay the escrow fee once, when a deal is funded, and nothing else.
At funding. The fee is calculated and shown before either party commits, deducted at the moment the escrow is funded, and itemised on the PDF receipt both sides receive.
We use the live mid-market rate at the moment of conversion and add a 1.2% margin. Both the rate and the margin appear on screen before you confirm, so the amount you see is the amount that moves.
Yes. Deals above 2,000,000 XAF drop to 2.0% automatically, and anything above 10,000,000 XAF is negotiated - those also get a manual payout review and a named mediator.
