⚠ Submitting my documents did not verify me. Why?

Because submitting is not verifying. A person at Bizik reads your documents and decides.

Software checks the images first — is the face clear, does it match the document, is the document legible, is this a photo of a screen rather than a real document. But that software does not approve anyone. It hands its findings to a reviewer, and the reviewer decides.

While that is happening your account says under review. That is normal. You do not need to resubmit, and resubmitting will not make it faster.
