What happens when I open one?
- The money freezes in escrow. Neither of you can touch it.
- The other person is notified and has 3 days to respond.
- Both of you file your evidence — photos, messages, documents, delivery records.
- A Bizik mediator reads everything and decides.
- The money goes where the ruling says.
