When should I open a dispute?

When money is in escrow, something has genuinely gone wrong, and talking to the other person has not fixed it.

⚠ Open it before the inspection window ends. Opening a dispute freezes the money and stops the automatic release. Once the money has gone, we cannot bring it back.
